HOW FAST CAN THIS PRODUCT GET TO ME WITHIN THE US? DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
D.Y. Nye Co., Inc. does maintain stock on a majority of Datapath’s suite of products, however because of some of unique variety within certain Datapath’s products we do not maintain every product. Thus when items are order from the UK there is roughly a 4-5 day lead time, between placement of the order and arrival at our warehouse in Pittsburgh.
D.Y. Nye Co., Inc. does ship internationally within the Western Hemisphere and does supply many customers in Canada and Mexico with Datapath products.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET THE CARD AND IT DOES NOT WORK?
All Datapath products carry a standard 1-yr warranty. If a customer receives a product that is DOA or is found to be faulty out of the box, we ask that it be sent back to D.Y. Nye Co., Inc, and once D.Y. Nye Co. receives tracking confirmation that the unit is on its way back a replacement card will be shipped out to the customer.

Yes D.Y. Nye Co., does have resources to install the IT and Facility solutions we offer. Each project is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
D.Y. NYE Co. HAS TWO OFFICES ARE THE SAME SERVICES AVAILABLE AT BOTH?
No each office has specific specialties, the headquarter location in Greensburg, PA is responsible for accounting, warehousing, legal, and shipping. Our Abington PA location is in charge of Datapath products and general technical support. Both offices coordinate activities and work in conjunction with each other, thus there is general knowledge of all activities at either office, and it is recommended users work back through their account executive.

No D.Y. Nye Co. works directly with manufacturers on all our products and solutions, which provides us with superior access to support and R&D services which we can pass along to our customer base.
