Many of our system integrators prefer to construct their own controller units because of pre-existing relationships with hardware manufacturers, which is one of the great advantages to using Datapath's product the integrator can customize and tailor the solution the customers requirements. Moreover because the Datapath components are modular solutions can grow with the customer as more robust CPU hardware becomes available.

There are users however who prefer to one-stop shop, and are looking for a simple turn-key solution. For those users there are a variety of options available which are outlined below.

The IPC 1 Chassis provides a high performance Pentium 4 processor with 7 free PCI slots. Any combination of Datapath plug in cards can be added to the IPC 1 Chassis (7 cards Maximum).

The RGB X cards are the latest release from Datapath in their capture line and increase the capabilities of video capture, by offering the user the ability to capture higher resolutions, increase frames per second, and capture DVI as well as VGA formats. The RGB X cards come in two different bus structures the RGB X-1 which is due out mid 2008 will be a PCI-e card, while the RGB X-2 is a PCI-X structured card.

The IPC-X16 expands the number of available PCI slots from a PC motherboard and is supplied with host PCI express adapter card and 0.75M cable which is used to attach the Express 16 back plane to the PC motherboard.  The Express 16 also contains a switched fabric, which effectively provides each of the 16 PCI slots its own dedicated PCI bus.  This allows concurrent bus transactions to take place from slot to slot or slot to host without overhead.

Expands the number of PCI slots available from a PC motherboard. Provides 8 x 64bit x 66 Mhz PCI-X slots and 8 x 32bit x 66Mhz PCI slots. All 16 expansion slots are connected to an on board switched fabric providing a total of 20Gb/s bandwidth. Up to 8 concurrent bus transactions. Wall Control is a Windows application program enabling easy configuration and setup of your video wall controller. Wall Control displays the entire wall layout in its local application window. The position and size of each window on the video wall is displayed in the application window. The user can interactively move and size the application windows. The user interface my be displayed on a network connected Windows PC as well as on the display wall itself or even on an extra control screen connected to the controller. The number of networked operators is not restricted by Wall Control.
